What you'll do

  • Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for training, evaluation and batch inference, such as identity resolution, audience segmentation and content affinity
  • Implement supervised, unsupervised and ranking models in Python using tools like scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM and PyTorch
  • Engineer features from viewership, engagement, subscription and behavioral data
  • Run offline experiments, evaluate models with standard metrics and document findings in MLflow
  • Develop data and feature pipelines on Databricks using PySpark, Delta and Workflows
  • Write tested, production-quality Python and support deployment and monitoring of batch inference jobs

What you need

  • Roughly 2–4 years of experience in machine learning engineering
  • Python skills with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM and PyTorch
  • Experience with data pipelines in PySpark, Databricks or similar
  • Familiarity with MLflow, CI/CD and software engineering practices like unit tests and code reviews
