What you'll do
- Participate in low to moderately complex projects including installation, upgrades and deployment
- Identify ways to improve service quality and availability
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs and upgrades
- Analyse technical challenges and present recommendations or escalate as needed to meet SLAs
- Share information with technology colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
- Commit code regularly and promote code hygiene and best practices
What you need
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent through work, training, military experience or education
- Desired: strong Python, JavaScript/React, APIs, and SQL and NoSQL experience
- Desired: Ansible-based network and systems automation (1+ years); AAP/Tower is an advantage
- Desired: Kafka, ETL pipelines, microservices, and Kubernetes/OpenShift familiarity
- Desired: 1+ years building AI/ML-powered capabilities
- Desired: Agile experience and understanding of secure software development
