    Search 'talent acquisition' plus the company name on LinkedIn and send a short note with the Job ID and your top skills. Keep it under 300 characters.

  • Make your GitHub do the talking

    Pin 2-3 projects with a clear README and a live demo link. Put the GitHub and demo links at the top of your resume.

  • Email startups directly with one project

    Find the founder or hiring manager for startups listing roles on their site, Wellfound or Instahyre. Email one project, follow up once after 5-7 days, and never pay anyone for a job.
