What you'll do
- Act as the main escalation point for complex data and technical issues
- Monitor and optimize BI platform performance
- Investigate and resolve data pipeline problems and run root cause analysis on significant incidents
- Work with data engineering, analytics and development teams to fix product issues
- Write and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Join on-call rotations for critical data support
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in BI or technical support roles
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
- Experience with BI/DE ticketing systems and support processes
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Technical skills in SQL, data visualization tools, ETL/ELT, troubleshooting and data security
