About this role
This role sits in Cisco's Asset and Entitlement Engineering team within the Supply Chain IT organization, based in Bangalore. The team builds services, tools, platforms and data that support supply chain, customer experience and product lifecycle management, and is working on architectural transformation and modernization. The engineer codes, debugs and delivers new capabilities in an AI-native, Agile environment. Day to day this includes code reviews, fixing security vulnerabilities and writing tests, while working with other engineers and business partners. It suits candidates with a computer science or information science background who enjoy problem solving and learning.

What you'll do
- Design, develop and build applications with a team in an AI-native and Agile environment
- Debug issues, suggest improvements and take part in code reviews
- Fix vulnerabilities to keep applications secure
- Perform unit, product-level integration and development tests
What you need
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, specializing in Computer Science or Information Science
- Strong analytical and metrics-based thinking and visualization
- Passion for data and data science processes, including Data Structures and Algorithms
- Commitment to lifelong learning and skill development
