About this role
Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, builds endpoint technology for clinical trials. This Software Quality Engineer role handles verification and validation of enterprise clinical software in an Agile team. Day to day it involves reviewing requirements and test plans, executing test cases, reporting defects and working with developers on root causes. Light scripting and automation support the testing. The role is hybrid, with 3-4 days a week at the Bangalore office. It suits testers with a couple of years of experience who want to deepen their quality engineering skills.

What you'll do
- Review test plans and requirement documents to scope and plan testing
- Execute test cases, document results and report defects
- Work with developers and administrators to investigate and troubleshoot failures across environments
- Analyze requirements for gaps, edge cases and risks
- Follow QA processes and regulatory standards and contribute to quality records and audit readiness
- Make small changes to scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and use basic automation for repetitive tests
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field
- 2-3 years in enterprise software testing or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle and manual testing concepts
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools
- Basic SQL select queries and familiarity with web applications
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
