Technical Business Analyst II
About this role
Dun & Bradstreet is a global provider of business data and analytics, and this role is in its Technology team in Hyderabad on a hybrid basis. The Technical Business Analyst acts as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams. Day to day the work involves writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria and basic screen prototypes, and keeping Jira and Confluence documentation up to date. The analyst also explains system flows to the scrum team, runs requirements meetings and works with onshore and offshore developers and testers. It suits someone with a couple of years of BA experience in Agile and cloud-based systems.

What you'll do
- Write techno-functional user stories and acceptance criteria and get business approval
- Develop basic screen prototypes, current-state overviews and process diagrams
- Maintain Jira and Confluence with business decisions, solution illustrations and API documentation
- Explain system architecture and information flows to the scrum team
- Work with business, developers and testers, onshore and offshore, to clarify requirements
- Host requirements meetings and help scope new and existing projects
What you need
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst (posting mentions a 2-4 year range)
- Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Proven experience creating and managing requirements as user stories
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and PLSQL
- Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV and relational schemas
- Experience working in Scrum and Agile processes
- Strong documentation, communication and presentation skills
