What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day ERP user support and resolve application, transaction and master data issues
  • Monitor ERP interfaces and integrations and support incident, problem and change management
  • Support ERP customizations, reports and interfaces, and perform functional testing and UAT
  • Assist with ERP upgrades, patches, data migration and data correction
  • Prepare functional specifications, SOPs and user guides, and support audit and SOX compliance
  • Train users and coordinate with business teams, developers and vendors

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems or a related field
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in ERP support, business systems or manufacturing IT
  • Experience with ERP / Infor LN and knowledge of MES
  • SQL and database fundamentals, report development and data analysis
  • Understanding of production planning, procurement, warehousing and inventory processes
  • Problem-solving, communication and documentation skills, and flexibility to work in shifts
