What you'll do

  • Provide technical support for Flexera and Snow products via chat, email, phone and screen sharing
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in customer environments and internal labs, finding root causes
  • Manage and prioritize case workload in line with SLAs and keep customers updated
  • Create, maintain and publish Knowledge Base articles
  • Raise defects, product gaps and enhancement requests with Product Management and Engineering
  • Share knowledge with global support teams and support multiple time zones as required

What you need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Prior application support or application management experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux and Unix administration and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of networking, firewall rules and ports, plus SQL query handling and troubleshooting
  • Clear English communication and experience maintaining Knowledge Base content
