This role sits in the Go-To-Customer team at Genesys, which builds customer- and partner-facing solutions on the Salesforce platform. What you'll do

  • Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flow and Experience Cloud
  • Configure and maintain sharing, permissions and data-access models
  • Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs and authentication frameworks
  • Work with SSO and identity-management solutions for external users
  • Write automated unit and integration tests and troubleshoot production issues
  • Take part in the full development lifecycle, including code review, CI/CD and deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What you need

  • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Salesforce Flow
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Communities
  • Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing, including permission sets, sharing rules and external-user access
  • Experience with REST API integrations and OAuth-style authentication, and writing Apex unit tests
  • Familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX (sf CLI) and CI/CD; strong problem-solving and communication skills
