What you'll do
- Collect, clean and analyze data from multiple sources
- Build and maintain analytical datasets and reports for cross-functional teams
- Validate data for accuracy, consistency and reliability
- Analyze customer behavior, product usage and market trends
- Develop dashboards and KPI tracking tools
- Design and run experiments such as A/B tests and present insights to stakeholders
What you need
- Strong SQL including complex queries, CTEs, window functions and optimization
- Proficiency in Python or PySpark
- Foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Experience with BI tools (Looker preferred, Tableau or similar) and Databricks
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, fintech or banking
- Understanding of credit risk, lending products, regulatory requirements, GDPR and data governance
