What you'll do

  • Build and ship features in Node.js and Go services on production paths
  • Own services and components end to end: code, tests, rollout and monitoring
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL data stores, writing queries and adding indexes
  • Work with queues, caches and rate limiters
  • Build Vue 3 UIs that consume your own APIs
  • Write design docs and join the on-call rotation with senior backup

What you need

  • 2+ years of backend experience with Node.js, Go or a comparable language
  • Working knowledge of queues or async processing such as Pub/Sub, Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Interest in distributed systems and understanding of basics like idempotency and retries
  • Hands-on experience with Redis or another cache
  • Comfortable with SQL or NoSQL databases, data modeling and indexes
  • Proficient in Vue 3 or a similar frontend framework with state management
  • Habit of writing tests and design docs, and daily use of AI coding agents
