What you'll do
- Review application and infrastructure health, alerts, incidents and SLO dashboards
- Investigate production issues by analyzing metrics, logs and traces and drive root cause resolution
- Build dashboards, alerts, SLOs, distributed tracing and log pipelines
- Automate monitoring onboarding and operational tasks using Terraform, APIs, Python, Helm and GitOps
- Partner with application teams to instrument services and standardize observability
- Document RCA and action items and improve Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry platforms
What you need
- Experience in SRE, observability, production engineering or platform engineering
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, ELK/OpenSearch or similar
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures and SLI/SLO/SLA concepts
- Proficiency in Python, Bash or PowerShell for automation
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD and GitOps
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, incident management and RCA; nice to have: 2+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's in Engineering, MCA or MSc
