About this role

NVIDIA's software QA group in Pune tests the automotive platform that runs on Linux and QNX. What you'll do

  • Design, execute and automate test cases and scenarios to validate automotive platforms, and track defects to closure
  • Review product requirements and technical designs, giving feedback on testability and security
  • Work with project management, hardware and software teams on bug analysis and publish statistical reports
  • Architect and maintain a distributed test automation framework across a large automation farm
  • Develop test libraries and automation to expand automated test coverage
  • Analyze log failures, log defects and lead bug-scrub cycles

What you need

  • 2+ years of experience in automation engineering or software development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Electrical Engineering
  • Solid foundation in QNX or Linux operating systems, including system concepts and boot sequences
  • Experience in system software validation, including bootloaders, BSP, ARM Trusted Firmware, Trusted OS and Secure Boot
  • Strong Python or C++ skills with clean, testable code
  • Familiarity with AI-native development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LLM APIs) and understanding of LLM failure modes
