About this role
Q2 provides digital banking and lending technology to banks, credit unions and fintechs. This Bangalore-based full-time role provides mid-level technical support to external customers using the Q2 Solution. The analyst answers inbound customer calls, troubleshoots application issues and documents each case accurately. They own an open case queue, escalate unresolved problems, and work with development, implementation and QA teams on complex cases. The role includes rotating 24x7 on-call coverage and requires fluent English.

What you'll do
- Respond to inbound technical support calls for the Q2 Solution
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using documented tools and procedures
- Log and categorize cases, set priority and keep customers updated
- Own an open case queue and escalate unresolved issues per guidelines
- Make data or configuration changes in production and test emergency fixes when needed
- Follow change control procedures and take part in rotating 24x7 on-call support
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of technical phone support experience, or an advanced degree with relevant exposure
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Windows Server troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of remote support tools and basic networking
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail
