About this role
Qualcomm's GPU team in Bangalore works on mobile GPU architecture, design and validation for products from the Snapdragon 800 series down to the 200 series. This role is aimed at fresh graduates and early-career engineers interested in GPU, AI/ML, computer architecture and high-performance computing. Day to day, the engineer works with architecture, design, software and validation teams on performance analysis, debugging, automation and research prototypes. It suits B.Tech or M.Tech graduates with strong fundamentals in computer architecture and C/C++.

What you'll do
- Work on next-generation GPU and compute architectures
- Contribute to architecture analysis, performance studies, validation and debugging
- Investigate hardware/software and system-level issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Develop tools, automation and AI-assisted engineering workflows
- Collaborate with architecture, design, software and validation teams
- Research and prototype solutions for future GPU and computing platforms
What you need
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, ECE, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field
- 0-3 years of experience; fresh graduates and early-career engineers from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes
- Strong fundamentals in Computer Architecture and Computer Organization
- Good understanding of Operating Systems and Memory Systems
- Strong C/C++ programming and good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and strong problem-solving skills
