About this role
State Street's Technology Early Career Program trains graduates in its technology function, which drives the bank's digital transformation with cloud, AI and automation. Participants work with State Street Technology Services in Hyderabad and Bangalore, supported by mentors and development programs. Day to day you analyse requirement documents and help design, develop, test and deploy applications. You also join agile team meetings and prepare SDLC documentation. The program covers areas such as cloud, DevOps, monitoring, site reliability, ITIL processes and automation tools, and suits B.Tech graduates with solid coding fundamentals.

What you'll do
- Analyse business and technical requirement documents
- Contribute to application design, development, testing and deployment
- Participate in agile meetings such as stand-ups and retrospectives
- Prepare technical documentation for the SDLC process
- Work with cloud, DevOps, monitoring, ITIL and automation tools
- Collaborate with internal State Street teams
What you need
- B.Tech degree or equivalent in a related field
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and practices such as code reviews and unit testing
- Good grasp of coding, application design and development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
