What you'll do
- Provide escalated support for complex issues and lead problem management cases
- Analyze and resolve assigned tickets using root cause analysis
- Install, monitor, maintain and optimize production server hardware and software
- Monitor system and application health, logs and alarms, and resolve or escalate issues
- Research errors in production logs and prioritize issues
- Perform user acceptance testing in the production environment
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics or telecommunication, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in application support, technical customer support, problem management, databases or software development
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with technical and non-technical clients
- Strong analytical, multitasking and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- OS and database certifications such as Oracle OCP, OCA or SQL Server (preferred)
