What you'll do
- Provide escalated technical support and lead problem management cases
- Analyze and resolve assigned tickets using root cause analysis
- Install, monitor, maintain and optimize production server hardware and software
- Monitor system and application health, alarms, logs and scheduled tasks
- Research errors from production logs and prioritize production issues
- Perform user acceptance tests in the production environment
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics or telecommunication, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in application support, technical customer support, problem management, databases or software development
- Strong customer service and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical clients
- Excellent analytical, multitasking and written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting techniques
- Operating system and database certifications preferred (e.g. Oracle OCP, OCA, SQL Server)
