Webito Infotech is a web and app design and development company. The Implementation Engineer takes client software through requirement gathering, configuration, deployment and go-live support. What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end implementation of software solutions for clients
- Gather, analyze and document client requirements and configure the application
- Run product demos, user training and onboarding sessions
- Coordinate with development, QA and support teams
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and support clients at go-live
- Handle data migration, integration and configuration, and prepare documentation
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
- 2 to 4 years in software implementation, technical support, business analysis or similar
- Understanding of software implementation and deployment processes
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs and database concepts
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
