What you'll do
- Define problems and build analytical frameworks to help operations streamline processes
- Identify gaps in existing processes by analyzing data
- Work with relevant teams to close those gaps
- Analyze data and metrics and share updates with internal teams
- Identify potential problems early and implement solutions to detect and prevent outages
What you need
- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL or similar
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, Excel, MicroStrategy or PowerBI
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as t-test and Chi-squared
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python, Java or R
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
