About this role
Falcon is an AI-first fintech platform that helps banks, NBFCs and financial institutions launch credit products such as credit cards, credit lines and lending. This Data Analyst role in Gurgaon supports banking reports, credit card analytics, data reconciliation and reporting. The analyst writes SQL and Python to clean and analyse large datasets, validates regulatory and banking reports, and investigates data discrepancies. They also build dashboards, automate recurring reports and document reporting logic. It suits analysts with about 2-3 years of experience in analytics, MIS or BI.

What you'll do
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse large datasets
- Use Python (pandas, NumPy) for data cleaning, reconciliation and validation scripts
- Prepare and validate banking, credit card and regulatory reports
- Investigate data discrepancies and implement data quality checks
- Build and maintain dashboards in Amazon QuickSight, Tableau or Power BI
- Automate recurring reports and document reporting logic and validation procedures
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, MIS reporting or business intelligence
- Strong SQL, including joins, CTEs, aggregations and window functions
- Good Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliation
- Hands-on Python with pandas and NumPy, and visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn or Plotly
- Hands-on experience with QuickSight, Tableau or Power BI
