What you'll do

  • Build and support analytics-ready data products and curated datasets in a lakehouse environment
  • Turn business requirements into data specifications, dimensional models and metric definitions
  • Write and maintain SQL and Python transformation logic for structured and semi-structured pharma data
  • Create fact and dimension tables, slowly changing dimensions and business-rule-driven metrics
  • Implement data quality checks, reconciliation and anomaly detection controls
  • Document data products, lineage and metric definitions, and apply governance practices including PII/PHI handling

What you need

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics/Mathematics, Analytics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering
  • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
  • Experience with dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT patterns and medallion architecture
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Delta Lake and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Understanding of Git/version control, basic CI/CD, and strong communication and problem-solving skills
