About this role

This entry-level role sits in the AI & Automation team of General Mills' Digital & Technology group in India. The focus is on evaluating AI tools, supporting stakeholders in adopting them, and coordinating enablement activities, rather than heavy coding. Day to day the analyst tests tools, documents findings, tracks usage and feedback, and helps run workshops and events. The analyst also supports AI governance work and helps build agentic solutions on no-code and low-code platforms. It suits recent graduates from technical or business backgrounds who are curious about AI.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate AI tools and agentic AI capabilities, and document risks, limitations and recommendations
  • Support tool trials and user testing
  • Help assess AI governance standards and support the AI Taskforce with readiness and communication
  • Support development of agentic solutions on no-code and low-code platforms
  • Track usage, adoption and user feedback, and summarise improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate workshops, demos, training sessions and events, and maintain learning resources

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, science, computer science, engineering, maths, statistics, business, finance, economics or a related field
  • Recent graduates welcome; no full-time experience required
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, automation or digital transformation through coursework, projects or internships
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of AI, generative AI, AI agents and automation concepts
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and presentation tools
