What you'll do

  • Assist with customer deployment tasks across development and pilot phases
  • Help implement basic AI solution components such as APIs, workflows and integrations
  • Support building and configuring simple RAG pipelines, agent workflows and orchestration layers under guidance
  • Assist in testing, validation and basic evaluation of GenAI solutions using provided frameworks
  • Monitor system behavior and escalate issues to senior engineers
  • Document implementation steps, configurations and learnings, and help debug in non-production environments

What you need

  • Basic knowledge of Python or any programming language
  • Understanding of APIs and basic system integration concepts
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Foundational exposure to Generative AI and LLM concepts
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude, willingness to learn and good communication skills
  • Other desirable exposure: OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG and agent workflows, Git, basic debugging and logging
