What you'll do
- Design analog blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, LDOs, DACs and oscillators
- Run pre-layout and post-layout simulations using Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre or equivalent tools
- Conduct Monte Carlo, corner and noise analysis to ensure circuit robustness
- Document design methodologies, simulation results and verification reports
What you need
- B.E/ME in ECE, EE, Microelectronics or VLSI Design
- Strong understanding of MOSFET operation, small signal modelling, biasing and feedback concepts
- Knowledge of IC fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of ADC, SC circuits and PLL is an advantage
