About this role

What you'll do
- Work with customers and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Manage the daily client ticketing queue, keep tickets updated and escalate when needed
- Prepare recurring internal meetings and weekly client slides with project status
- Participate in QA, UAT and production launch support
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations
- Drive resolution of routine and non-routine problems with lasting fixes
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of support processes and support environments
- Ability to apply professional expertise to achieve results, mainly as an individual contributor or in project teams
