About this role
Tecsys makes supply chain software used by hospitals, pharmacies and distributors. The Technical Support Analyst works in the Bengaluru on-site Customer Support team, part of a 24/7 global follow-the-sun model. The role provides first- and second-level support on product tickets within SLAs, using ServiceNow to track incidents and keep customers updated. Analysts learn all four functional modules of the product and work with customers, many of them Canadian healthcare organizations. It suits people with a few years in technical support and warehouse management system exposure, and who can work in shifts.

What you'll do
- Work first- and second-level product support tickets and resolve them within SLAs
- Monitor, progress and resolve incidents in ServiceNow, escalating where necessary
- Analyze data to identify issues and trends and suggest practical solutions
- Communicate directly with customers and give proactive updates
- Pick up tickets across all four functional product modules
- Follow incident and problem management procedures and coordinate with the Canada Customer Care team
What you need
- Knowledge of or experience with a WMS, ideally 2-3 years on a WMS module
- 2+ years in technical support, desktop support or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal English, including professional email correspondence
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience for incident, request and problem management
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and explain it to others
- Flexibility for shifts, weekend rosters and occasional off-hours meetings
