What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues
- Respond to escalated customer issues and report bugs and reliability problems
- Perform installs, moves, adds and changes (IMAC) and data backup and restore
- Complete administrative duties within Service Level Agreement objectives
- Route problems to the right teams using knowledge of local and regional infrastructure
What you need
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies
- Experience with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshooting
- Preferred: Cisco certification and network automation/scripting experience
