What you'll do

  • Implement basic updates to SDKs, client libraries and instrumentation following established platform patterns
  • Triage routine platform issues using playbooks and keep simple changes backward-compatible
  • Debug and fix simple software and API issues, and assist with functional testing
  • Improve documentation with samples and config snippets for platform adoption
  • Monitor basic platform metrics and API usage within a limited scope
  • Support routine maintenance such as patching and upgrades, and escalate issues to senior team members
