About this role

This Analyst role at TransUnion in Bengaluru supports data processing projects. What you'll do

  • Handle day-to-day activities and assigned tasks for team projects
  • Analyse source data to provide insights for data mapping and business rules setup
  • Provide operational support in fixing data processing failures
  • Work with product managers, solution architects, data modellers and consultancy services
  • Learn in-house tools and suggest improvements
  • Share timely updates with stakeholders and coach junior teammates

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree with 0-1 year of experience in IT product support
  • Excellent SQL and failure debugging skills
  • Comfortable with night or rotational shifts
  • Working knowledge of UNIX and shell scripting
  • Knowledge of ETL pipelines and basic understanding of Oracle and MySQL
  • Python and Java knowledge is an advantage
