About this role

The analyst turns data into practical recommendations aimed at portfolio growth, profitability and operational efficiency. The work includes running projects from planning to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. The analyst also supports business development, and is expected to be comfortable using Generative AI tools in daily work. The role is based in Mumbai and requires at least 3 days a week in office. It suits someone with two or more years of experience in analytics, consulting or data science.

What you'll do
- Apply analytics and data science solutions to client business problems in payments and financial services
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Translate analytics outputs into actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders
- Support business development, portfolio optimization, product launches and loyalty strategies
- Collaborate across multicultural teams and adapt communication to different audiences
What you need
- 2+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree
- Experience applying solutions to business problems in analytics, consulting, product ownership or data science
- Background in payments, financial institutions, lending, risk or related areas
- Project management experience, with Agile experience mandatory
- Experience with very large data sets
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Hive/SQL and Apache Spark
