About this role

What you'll do
- Act as the main escalation point for complex data and technical issues
- Monitor and optimise BI platform performance and fix data pipeline problems
- Conduct root cause analysis for data incidents and put preventive measures in place
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Work with data engineering, analytics and development teams on product issues
- Take part in on-call rotations for critical data support
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in BI or technical support roles
- Experience with BI/DE ticketing systems and support processes
- Skills in SQL, data modelling and visualisation tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
- Strong verbal and written communication
