What you'll do
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex data and technical issues
- Monitor and optimize BI platform performance
- Investigate and resolve data pipeline problems and run root cause analysis on data incidents
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics and development teams on product issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Take part in on-call rotations for critical data support
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in BI or technical support roles
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
- Experience with BI/DE ticketing systems and support processes
- SQL and database skills, and familiarity with BI visualization tools and ETL/ELT concepts
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
