What you'll do
- Analyze business data to find trends, patterns and insights
- Build dashboards, reports and KPI tracking to support decisions
- Perform root cause analysis on business problems
- Map business processes and recommend and implement improvements
- Support change management and adoption of new processes
- Act as liaison between business teams, stakeholders and leadership, and communicate status, risks and dependencies
What you need
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Knowledge of data extraction and pipelining using SQL
- Moderate to advanced SQL and Excel skills
- Experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS or SPSS
