About this role
Citi's Data/Information Management team supports reporting, business intelligence and process improvement. This is an entry-level analyst role (Data/Information Management Analyst 2) that works with senior analysts and business partners. The analyst pulls and manipulates data with SQL, Python and SAS, maintains recurring management reports and scorecards, and summarises findings for stakeholders. It suits people with 1-2 years of data analytics experience who are comfortable with large datasets and clear communication.

What you'll do
- Retrieve, analyze and manipulate data using SQL, Python and SAS
- Replicate existing analytical solutions and reports for new markets, regions or business segments
- Support production, validation and enhancement of recurring management reports and scorecards
- Assist with automation and process improvement to reduce manual effort
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver on time
- Prepare presentations summarising findings, following data governance and control procedures
What you need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1-2 years of experience in data analytics
- SQL, SAS and Python skills
- Tableau/Dataiku is good to have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail oriented and adaptable to a matrix work environment
