About this role
Amazon Music is Amazon's audio streaming service covering music, podcasts and live content. This QA Engineer I role in Bengaluru focuses on testing the Music client apps and driving features through release. You write test cases and test plans, run manual and automated tests, and reproduce and report defects for developers. What you'll do
- Drive feature releases end to end
- Create automation scripts for new features and keep them stable
- Write, update and maintain test cases for new and existing features
- Reproduce, track and report defects and escalate issues to stakeholders with status reports
- Compare features across app versions to identify changes
- Follow QA procedures and guidelines for newly launched features
