About this role
Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) organisation runs systems that forecast demand, inventory and cube across its global fulfilment network. The Long-Term Planning and Forecasting team in Hyderabad is building a new forecasting platform. The Support Engineer troubleshoots and resolves alarms, handles deployments and migrations, manages hosts, and automates routine operations. The role mixes on-call duty with operational work and some small software projects.
