What you'll do

  • Provide application support to global customers on the WMS product with end-to-end ownership
  • Resolve complex and critical customer issues, including performance problems
  • Debug code and troubleshoot application issues by analyzing logs and source code
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and suggest prevention ideas
  • Raise requests with the product development team for application fixes
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, and guide team members on medium complexity issues

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in application support
  • Knowledge of a WMS application (preferably Dispatcher WMS) or the supply chain domain
  • Strong analysis skills in PL/SQL or Pro*C
  • Experience analyzing code and supporting enterprise applications
  • Understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL; Java and Unix shell scripting are good to have
