About this role

Cencora's India business services team in Pune builds and maintains small to medium sized business applications. This Full-Stack Engineer II role covers the whole lifecycle, from talking to business stakeholders through to deployment and ongoing support. The engineer works across front-end and back-end code, modernizes older applications and handles third-line support issues. The stack centres on React or Angular, .NET/C#, SQL and the Microsoft Power Platform. It suits developers with a couple of years of experience who can work independently in an agile setting.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, test and maintain small to medium scale applications from conception to deployment
  • Develop new features, fix bugs and modernize or refactor older applications
  • Work across the full stack, from front-end UI to back-end
  • Diagnose and resolve third-line support enquiries in any codebase
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and translate their needs into technical solutions
  • Write secure code and use AI tools to deliver efficiently

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering or a related field
  • Front-end experience with React and Angular
  • Strong understanding of .NET and C#, plus SQL databases
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Agile working experience and good communication skills; Agile, Scrum or cloud fundamentals certification preferred
