What you'll do
- Develop, maintain and improve automated playbooks in SOAR platforms
- Integrate playbooks with SIEMs, firewalls, threat intelligence, endpoint and ticketing tools
- Test and troubleshoot playbooks, and optimize them for performance and scalability
- Work with security analysts, engineers and IT teams to design playbooks for detection, triage, investigation and remediation
- Document playbook logic, workflows, integrations and SOPs
- Help evaluate and select SOAR technologies, and configure and optimize SOAR tools
What you need
- 1-4 years of experience developing automation playbooks in SOAR platforms (Palo Alto XSOAR/XSIAM preferred)
- Understanding of incident response, threat intelligence, network security and vulnerability management
- Scripting and automation knowledge (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
