What you'll do
- Triage and resolve customer-reported issues
- Follow standard troubleshooting steps and action plans to fix common issues
- Meet SLAs for response time, resolution time and communication quality
- Reproduce basic customer issues in test environments using guided procedures
- Analyse logs and system outputs, and escalate when needed
- Update knowledge base articles and documentation
What you need
- Engineering graduate with 1-3 years of technical support experience in enterprise/campus or cloud networks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Foundational knowledge of switching (VLANs, STP, LACP), core IP protocols (ARP, ICMP, TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP) and 802.1X/EAP
- Wireless fundamentals and introductory BGP and OSPF knowledge
- Willingness to learn and adapt
