About this role

What you'll do
- Monitor AV and Microsoft Teams Room infrastructure using Utelogy and other approved platforms
- Respond to device-health alerts, offline events and user-reported AV incidents
- Create, categorise, prioritise and maintain incident records in the ITSM platform
- Perform initial diagnosis and approved remote remediation such as device and service restarts
- Validate service recovery and manage incidents to priority, SLA and escalation requirements
- Escalate to SME, onsite, Microsoft or network teams with sufficient diagnostic information
What you need
- 1-3 years of experience in virtual network operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and common AV equipment
- AV troubleshooting and fault isolation skills
- Experience with monitoring/NOC and remote management tools
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, including SLA and escalation processes
- Basic IP networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, ping diagnostics)
