What you'll do
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot computer networks
- Plan and execute routine network changes and apply corrective actions, including emergency changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages
- Monitor network performance and maintain network security
- Provide user support for network-related issues and take part in change reviews
- Communicate with customers, project managers and service engineers
What you need
- 2+ years of working experience in networking
- Proven troubleshooting, switching and routing knowledge
- Minimum CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with network security, WAN, F5 load balancer, Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto NGFW firewalls
- Working knowledge of ITIL
- Preferred: BGP, Cisco ACI SDN, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower, NSX and Ansible automation
