About this role

What you'll do
- Answer customer questions by phone or electronic channels and build customer relationships
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple issues for assigned Oracle products
- Research, re-create and test reported issues, escalating complex ones to the right technical teams
- Follow up with customers to confirm their issues are resolved
- Document work on service requests and learn to write Knowledge Base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Assist internal teams and report bugs or maintenance problems to experienced peers
What you need
- 0 to 2+ years of experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Skills in troubleshooting, problem solving and incident management and response
- Working knowledge of SQL
