Fresenius Medical Care's India Cybersecurity Operations Center supports 24x7 security monitoring and incident response. The analyst monitors alerts, triages and investigates events, and escalates real incidents. The analyst also turns security data into dashboards and reports. It suits a cybersecurity or IT graduate with up to 3 years of experience who is willing to work rotational shifts.

What you'll do

  • Monitor security alerts in real time, triage and investigate them, and manage tickets
  • Escalate actionable incidents and support incident response activities
  • Build Power BI dashboards and reports from SOC and security data
  • Analyze and correlate security events, logs, alerts, vulnerabilities and threat indicators
  • Follow SOC processes, playbooks, SLAs and escalation procedures, and keep accurate documentation

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT administration roles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Excel, CSV and SQL
  • Basic knowledge of common cyber threats such as malware, phishing and credential attacks
  • Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Programming and scripting background preferred
