What you'll do
- Extract, transform and consolidate data from multiple business systems, and maintain repeatable ETL processes
- Resolve data inconsistencies across CRM, ERP, distributor and marketing systems
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and scorecards for sales leadership
- Support pipeline reviews and analyse distributor and channel performance
- Automate manual reporting workflows using BI and automation tools
- Gather reporting requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, sales or revenue operations, finance or similar roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Experience with SQL, Power Query, Python or similar tools, and understanding of ETL concepts
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills; Salesforce experience preferred
