What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day technical support to customers using the AI assistant platform
- Troubleshoot AI response quality, agentic workflow failures and API integrations
- Find root causes using logs, telemetry and tools such as Kibana and Grafana
- Document defects and track them in defect management systems
- Triage tickets, escalate to the right teams and meet SLAs
- Make configuration changes to meet customer needs and contribute to knowledge bases
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing technical support or similar roles
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform and enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and debugging integration issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze logs and monitoring tools
- Strong written communication skills
