What you'll do

  • Resolve complex technical problems for customers and partners via email, web and phone
  • Meet response and resolution SLAs and follow escalation processes
  • Investigate issues using Snowflake, connectors, partner software and internal tools
  • Troubleshoot customer use cases on Cortex and the ML stack, and compare large language models
  • Help customers with programmability issues including DevOps and Kubernetes
  • Document solutions, report bugs and feature requests, and cover holidays and weekends as business needs require

What you need

  • 2+ years in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English with attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider
  • Working knowledge of Python and ML libraries, and an intermediate understanding of LLMs
  • Understanding of OOP, version control (Git), RESTful APIs and web services
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
