What you'll do
- Provide Loan IQ production support with operations users, technology teams and vendors
- Act as primary contact for complex production incidents, including root-cause analysis and fix coordination
- Support testing for vendor upgrades, enhancements, data fixes and production deployments
- Identify process improvements in production support workflows
- Document system behaviors, operational procedures and knowledge articles
- Guide and mentor less experienced team members
What you need
- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent work experience, training or education
- Desired: 3-4+ years supporting Loan IQ and commercial lending platforms
- Desired: strong SQL skills for analyzing data and resolving production issues
- Desired: experience with Agile delivery and tools such as ALM and JIRA
- Desired: understanding of commercial lending and loan accounting processes
- Strong analytical, communication and Microsoft Office skills
